10/10. We highly recommend working with Lorena and the Caliber team. Simultaneously the Caliber team both sold our current home and closed on our next home. There were a lot of moving parts, discussions, and negotiations and they were able to get us win-wins on both transactions. My preference is to work with a team of agents over a solo-agent because they are able to move the process along much quicker and offer a ton of support along the way. Lorena's area of expertise is a go-to get it done mentality and her team follows up with decades of credibility and expertise.
