Anaid Bautista

Anaid is a single mom entrepreneur in Orange County. She joined Caliber February of 2024 and has been a Licensed Real Estate Agent in California since April 2023. Prior to Real Estate, she was a nurse in Southern California for about 6 years. Anaid graduate from Cal State Fullerton, where she studied Health Science. After developing curiosity in the world of investing, she decided to shift careers as a Realtor. I seek to build a life of my dreams and create a legacy for her family through investing. Anaid helps fist time home buyers overcome the lack of education and resources so they can buy their home by setting real estate goals because she believes in generational wealth.
