The best tips for a success home showing means you're ready to sell. You've got to declutter! Then staging & it's clean. Smells are the worst! You've need to take away food, pet accessories, and add a FRESH CLEAN smell. Candles are ok, or bake some cookies. You want to appeal to the masses.
You want the potentially buyers to be thinking about where their couch goes.
Right now, we only need to do a showing Friday, Saturday & Sunday.
