Charisse has been my agent on four transactions (as a buyer and seller) in Anaheim, Corona, and Big Bear. She uses modern technology to make buying and selling smoother, and is very attentive and easy to work with. For example, (1) she is very knowledgable and responds quickly via text, email and phone, (2) she was instrumental in helping to get a condo project approval, including contacting the HOA management to obtain necessary project documentation, (3) she would personally videotape walkthroughs of homes I wanted to see when I wasn't available for showings, then email a link of the video to watch, (4) she uses a docu-sign program where contracts and documents can be easily signed, returned, and tracked via email on an ipad, cell, or computer, (5) she has contacts and referrals at the ready for things home inspections, warranties, etc., to avoid delays, (6) she kept in contact with the loan officers (including my own) to ensure financing was ready when needed for closing; and the list goes on.
